Police Department Mission

The mission of the Medford Police Department is to create a proactive policing partnership with its residents

by providing quality policing services through community involvement.

We accomplish this by interacting with our citizens in outreach programs, information sharing and smart policing.

Medford PD has a fully functional Community Service Unit (CSU), dedicated Community Police Officers (CPO's),

a committed Patrol Force, Crime Prevention Services, an active Drug/Vice Unit, a regional Computer Crime Unit,

a Domestic Services Unit, Traffic Accident Investigators, K9 & Special Operations Unit and more.
